get DNS records to setup wordpress site as subdomain of company website

My company’s website is something like example.org. I would like to create DNS records to make blog.example.org load my wordpress.com hosted site. How do I do this? I created blog.example.org in the domain section of my site, but I need to know the DNS records that need to be set up by my company.
I read this page, but it didn’t help me. https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-subdomain/
I think I need a wordpress.com(hosting) IP or a list of DNS records to enter in my company’s DNS records.

this was solved by creating a CNAME record pointing blog.example.org to myblog.wordpress.com
