  Hi, everytime I tried to update theme, I always get ‘Comment Reply via Email: Comment reply by email allows you to send a reply to a comment directly from the comment notification email.’
  already updated the setting, but the issue still persists. Is there another way to resolve this?

  Where exactly are you getting this message, on the email notification message when someone leaves a comment?

  Thanks for the screen shot. So, it looks like you’re on the upload a theme page which is not possible on diwakha.files.wordpress.com because it’s on the free plan. Only business plans can upload custom themes on WordPress.com.

  Instead, try going to https://wordpress.com/themes/ and enable the theme from that flow. I don’t think you’ll see that email message error when going that route.
