    You took 96€ from my bank account without even asking if I wanted the upgrade. I canceled the upgrade and you only return 78. I want the rest of the money back, you thieves!
    Who asked you to take my money??? How do i get my money back???

    Our apologies for the incomplete refund. Somehow the system thought you wanted to keep the domain registration for 2c2andbeyond.com when in reality, you had canceled it along with the WordPress.com Premium plan.

    I have processed the rest of the refund for you. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
