  how do i not have the “leave a reply” on my page?

  Hi. If you want to completely disable the possibility of leaving comments on a particular post/page, this is how to do it:

  There is no “allow comments” box in the discussion module.

  @skoefod: While editing the post or page, go to Screen Options on the top right corner and make sure Discussion is checked.
