I just bought a new theme and installed it to my website (ayouou.com/wp-admin)，but after my website can not work and said ‘ The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
However I didnt get any email from you ,could you please kindly email it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) ? Its very urgent and I really need your help .

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
