  I got a new card and need to pay for my website so I can get it back up.

  Hi there, that site and the upgrade is under the brook5280 account. Is that also your account? If so, log out of this account, log into brook5280 and then go to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/meatymcgahan.com/edit/meatymcgahan.com and you can update the payment settings and renew your domain.
