Getting a refund

    I paid £36 for the hosting and domain for my website assurednetworking.co.uk but it is now saying to make the payment. I have the bill on my statement. Someone replied to my earlier message to say they couldnt find anything under my details. Am I able to get a refund and get the person who is making my website start again?

  • I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to process a refund.
