  My names is Des Evans. I set up an account for CHIWATCHER with the domain name of chiwatcher.com My email address I used is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have found it very difficult to secure a refund from setting up my WordPress account yesterday 24 February 2021.

  I should be most grateful for your help in securing a refund for the cost of the subscription and domain name.
