getting a refund from thrivethemes, which is on my statement.

  Hi my bank statement says Thrivethemes.com, who the payment has gone to. How do I get a refund, I have never used your system, it was a mistake last year.

  I’d like to mention that Thrivethemes.com is a separate company and is not related to WordPress.com.
   
  In this case, you would need to contact their team directly so they can help you with the charge you received. I did a quick search and found their contact page here:
