getting actual help from customer service

Anyone actually know how to get hold of a chat function or even a phone number? Trying delete an article that was previously published from a now-defunct company.

If you have a paid wordpress.com plan, you are entitled tot live chat and email support. If not you can get help in this public forum.
Wordpress.com doesn’t delete posts and pages on de mand, only the owner is able to do so.
