Getting back refund after 17 days of renewal

Today is January 1st, and I just noticed that I was billed on December 16, 2024, for a renewal of a service I no longer use. After reviewing the refund policy, I saw that refunds are only available within 14 days of the billing date. Unfortunately, it is now the 17th day. Is there still any way I can request a refund? If so, who should I contact? WordPress doesn’t seem to offer any email or chat support for such issues.

To add , the expired date is on the 15 January , WordPress renew the account 1 month earlier than it should be .. So technically I still entitle for the refund . can anyone help me . thanks

You can initiate the refund yourself as described at https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/cancel-a-purchase/. if you are entitled to a refund, you’ll see it immediately
