Getting domain back

  I need my domain back. I tried to cancel it with wordpress and transfer to another web app builder. But now its just parked

  Hi!

  When you cancel a new domain it will go into holding for about 5 days. This domain is connected to a different account. So first, can you log out and log back in as the right user? You can use the email address that received a receipt. Then let us know which of these options you’d like:

  Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider.

  Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

  If you don’t want to log in as the other user, you can just wait the ~5 days for it to be released, too.
