I am desperately trying to figure out how to get my domain name back which I just learned is in a redemption period. What can I do?

Hi hlalala,
That’s correct, reclaimingbeauty.com expired on 27th May 2018 and is currently in the redemption period.
We can still try to recover it but an $80 redemption fee will need to paid in addition to the domain cost. I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page — you can pay there and I’ll start the recovery process once the payment comes through.
If you don’t want to pay the fee, you can wait until the domain is released but the process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first person to register reclaimingbeauty.com again.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you! Would you please resend the email request to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I have updated the account settings to reflect this email
I am unable to receive emails at the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email at this time due to this redemption issue.

Your payment has come through (thanks!) and I’ve contacted our domain registrar. We usually receive a reply in 1-2 business days but I’ll be in touch as soon as we have some news for you.

Good morning. My email briefly worked last night from 5-6pm, and then stopped again. Just checking in to make sure everything is still on track with getting my website and email up again. Thanks.

Hi there,
We’re waiting on our domain provider to restore the domain to our account. Once they do that, we’ll let you know. Hopefully everything will be working in a few hours.
