Getting help on Request for Refund for Dokan Business

Dear WordPress team,
I’m writing you in hope that you can help me on the following subject:
I have subscribed to Dokan Business on the 15th of Abril. But soon, the next day, I realised that I actually do not need it for my business model (I can do all I need with your WooCommerce product).
Since the 16th I have asked WeDevs for a refund already about 3 times via message (as I can’t find a phone number), but got absolutely no answer.I only subscribed to be able to get all details and because there was a 15 day window for refund. I am entitled to a full refund, the product was not on a discount, etc, and according to they own product description, advertisements, and policy.
It’s also quite expensive, 499 USD. With taxes I paid exactly 580 USD, for 1 year subscription.
So, I really want to get my money back.Could you please help me with this refund? They are selling a product on your platform and should not be allowed to scam people!! By not replying to my requests and messages that’s really what it seems.

Exactly what @staartmees said. We have no affiliation with that plugin and you will need to talk to the company behind that plugin in regards to the refund. It’s only a plugin that can be integrated into WooCommerce, but other than that, we have no connection with their services.

Apologies for the reply delay in my side.
Thanks so much for your replies and info.Ok, it was just to ask you if you could do something. But please keep in mind that a company that operates a plugin within WordPress should be compliant with certain rules. Namely they should be kicked out of doing business in WordPress if they scam customers with fake marketing refund polices, and god knows what else..
Surely this is not the wild west and that accountability and a minimum level of honesty in your business partners should be enforced and maintained.
I mean no disrespect, as I throughly admire WordPress and hope to use it for a long time.. I speak only as someone who had been robbed, and the robbers are in your platform.

CLARIFICATION: by the sentence ‘the robbers are in your platform’, I meant they are doing business on your platform.
