getting in to my website account

    Hello,
    I am the new website manager for The Mill End Store here in Portland, Or. I am just taking this job on, and most of the information and passwords I have are incorrect. I cannot get in to the website to make changes, and now it says there has been a fatal error when you go to the site. I would love directions or help in getting this website back up and running. Thank you so very much.
