Getting into the website

  Hi, I couldn’t remember my website info because my computer (which has the info) was stolen.) I used my e-mail address & was given a link to click & I’m now on the site. But, it says I have an hour. I don’t know how to obtain the password to get in later of is it the one which is under my name? I want to make sure I can get back in.
