Getting my website up again

    Hi WordPress team,

    I would like to get my URL back up and restore this domain & all the relevant data inside the DB again.

    The website was toasti.web.id, and I would like to check if it’s still possible to bring the website back up again?

    There are important information in the Database, and I would like to renew it if possible (and we want to keep the domain).

    Your site was never hosted with WordPress.com, so it must have been a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     And, since the site was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ we won’t be able to directly assist with this.

    Your only option would be to ask your previous hosting provider if they still have a backup of your account.
