Getting Parse Error Message

I’m getting this message. I messed with the customizer.php and I have no clue how to fix it. I was trying to add a html code somewhere and thought that looked like a good spot. It wasn’t! So dumb…..
Any help is appreciated.
This is the error message I got.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/letphilh/public_html/mss/wp-content/themes/truly-minimal/inc/customizer.php on line 14If anyone could just give me the generic code for the truly minimal customzer.php up to line 14 I would be so thankful.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
