Getting people who link to my blog to my home page

  I would like to have a link that says HOME PAGE when people are directed to a particular page on my blog via google search. Is there an upgrade that will do that?

  Also, if I upgrade my domain to take the wordpress out of my name, will existing links and searches still go directly to my blog?
