getting posts to appear on 2 connected wordpress sites

  I have 2 wordpress sites. I thought they were linked, and appear to be. I used to be able to post to both of them but now only one site. Potentially linking them together has been the downfall.
  How do I either uncouple them so I can post on both OR ensure posts go to both sites?

  What are the URLs of both sites? I will take a look and see what I can figure out.
