Getting restarted

We have a club website (redknightsbc3.com), we now need to access the site to update the information, but have nobody from the past to show us the way, So as President of the chapter, I am trying to get reconnected to the site and carry on were we left off. I am told the site was set up using Word Press, but I have having difficulty getting set up. can someone assist me or do you have a Word press for Dummies with lots of pictures?
