Getting rid of an overview page

    Hi, Yesterday I was editing the pages and I wanted to create a sub menu (dropdown) but everytime I did it would create an overview page, does anyone know how to get rid of this or how to go around it?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Is the material already generated on the site that you want to add as the submenu items? Is it a page or a post or a category? More details will help us :)
