getting rid of the search, forum and archive headings

  How do I get rid of the various Search, Forums, Archives headings that appear on the right hand side of my front page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to the dashboard Widgets page, put any widget in that sidebar, and take it out again. This clears the original widget set.
