getting site from get response

  so I am being told, just to add the get response plugin (that i need to move my site) that I have a file for I need to pay? I have all the plugin files, i only need one plugin. I am a small business just starting off, and i spent alot of work and time creating a get response website just to have issues with them, and now either have to rebuild my whole entire website or pay?

  There is no way round but if you want to use plugins on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Creator Plan.

  But have you already tried Mailchimp? https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/mailchimp-block/
