  Hi there,

  We see the individual WordPress.com account that create a site as the owner of the site, and we are only able to provide help with the site if contacted from that account, or from another WordPress.com account that has been added as an admin on the site.

  We do not provide support via email addresses not connected to an admin account on the site, even if the site owner requests or give permission for that. If someone else needs to assist you in managing this site, please ask them to create their own WordPress.com username account. Once they’ve done that you can add them to your site as explained here:
