  So i went into Bluehost-as suggested- got a domain name and more for
  So now i enter it says pay $8./ mo
  What / where. Is free to set up a web site

  WordPress.com and BlueHost are two different places.
  People can create totally free sites here at WordPress.com if they are happy to have a domain address ending in .wordpress.com or one of the new suffixes such as home.blog or similar.
  If you’ve “got a domain name and more” at BlueHost then that will be where you set up your new site (no doubt using the WordPress.org software).
