getting started

    I purchased package; when going to my site, Your program description shows to get started to go to WordPress theme but when I opened that one, I was lead to something that I ‘created’ before I signed up (which I did not look (how to erase and start from scratch?). I did not see the left margin with options to start creating as is shown on your example.
