Getting unnecessary ads n my website while clicking anywhere on site

  I have a cheap domain trushargavit.xyz . I am getting ads while accessing my website while changing to different tab from menu or clicking on content. The ad opens in new tab first the link name is netpatas.com ann then change to different name. I am not sure it is happening due to cheap domain or plugins.
  Plugins are: Akismet Anti-spam, Anywhere Elementor, Duplicate Page, Elementor, Essential Addons for Elementor, Happy Elementor Addons, Hello Dolly, Polulang, Starter Templates, Updraft Plus, WordPress reset, WPForms litem WPFront Notification Bar
