gif's and soundcloud player not working.

  Hey WordPress,

  Firstly, for a long time now .gif files appear as still images once i publish a post, this occurs in most cases but not all. For instance the 2nd and the 4th image in this post are moving .gif files but appear still… http://regularbasis.wordpress.com/2012/09/08/sulpher/ . Is there a solution to this occuring?

  Secondly once i publish a post with an audio track from soundcloud it appears on my blog as a white rectangle in the shape of the usual soundcloud player.
