Gigawatt theme purchase

  I bought a theme from Obox Designs website before realizing I couldn’t upload it to my wordpress.com site. Now I see the same theme Gigawatt is available to buy on the wordpress.com themes page. Is there any way I can activate the theme through wordpress or do I have to try and cancel the first purchase and buy through wordpress? thanks for any suggestions.

  Themes purchased elsewhere can’t be used on WordPress.com, so you’ll have to request a refund from the vendor first, then purchase it through us: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/gigawatt/
