    I have jaysconeys.com but neither choice it is giving me is working.
    Transfer your domain away from your current registrar. – It says this is already connected to a WordPress. But i’m in a loop
    Map your domain without moving it from your current registrar. – It says this is already connected to a WordPress. But i’m in a loop
    I cannot start my site.
    Please advise

    Hi there,

    You are getting this loop because you are not logged into the WordPress.com account connected to the domain. The domain is connected to the wings9191 account. Do you have access to that username?

    Thank you for the response.
    Yes I do have access to wings9191, that is my main wordpress account.
    I own wings9191.com and have that site built.
    I went ahead and purchased jaysconeys.com to start that page.
    Everytime I tried to build the base for jaysconeys page it wanted to build it on wings9191.com.
    I thought I might need a separate account to run the jaysconeys.com site which is why i created the jaysconeys account.
    But now the jaysconeys.com it on the wings9191 account and not the jaysconeys account.
    Did I lose ya? LOL
    So in short Yes I do have access to the wings9191 account.

    Everytime I tried to build the base for jaysconeys page it wanted to build it on wings9191.com.

    This is because currently you have jaysconeys.com and wings9191.com connected to the same site

    You don’t need separate accounts, but you do need separate sites.

    If you want to manage both sites with the same wings9191 username account, just go to https://wordpress.com/start/site/ while logged in as this user, and create a new free site. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to move the new domain to the new site as explained here:

    You might need to also buy an upgrade plan for the new site before our system will allow you to move the domain to it. In that case you should receive an automatic discount on the plan for the amount you already paid for the domain, but let us know if that doesn’t happen and we can refund you instead.

    If you want to use the domain with your new account, jaysconeys, you’ll first need to add that user as an admin on your current site by inviting that account at My Site ->People Add. (You’ll need to log in as the other account to accept the invitation.)

    Next you’ll transfer ownership of the domain to the other account:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

    And once that’s done you log in as the other account and follow the process at the first link I gave to create a new site in that account and move the domain to the correct site.
