Glitch in the Oxygen-theme slideshow feature?

In order to add articles onto the slideshow feature, they must be made “sticky.” But, regardless of whether they are stick or not, only a select few [that ARE sticky] are displayed in my slideshow. I am aware that the maximum number is 6, I am not exceeding that limit. I can have 4 sticky posts, yet only 2 specific ones will show. Please help us! The slideshow feature is an excellent idea which makes this theme great. But such a glitch is bothersome.

In order to appear in the slider, the Sticky posts need to have featured images which are at least 750 pixels wide.
Post thumbnails are 470 pixels wide, unless you make the post Sticky to show off in the featured slider, in which case they’re 750 pixels wide. Keep in mind: if you mark a post as Sticky but the featured image is less than 750 pixels wide, then it won’t display in the slider and will still disappear from the river of posts.
