glitch on website

I tried to reupload some files on my website and now it is no longer active. The error that i am getting is: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/d337th2rt8bz/public_html/wp-blog-header.php:16 Stack trace: #0 /home/d337th2rt8bz/public_html/index.php(17): require() #1 {main} thrown in /home/d337th2rt8bz/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 16

The site shahindustrieslc.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
