  I cannot find any information about adding google analytics. I have a tracking code for google analytics and have been told I need to use a plug in but your help section says plugins are not allowed. Can you tell me how to use Google analytics to track traffic to my website. Thank you.

  WordPress.com does not currently support Google Analytics tracking. However, we do offer built-in statistics showing you most of the same types of information as Google Analytics would display.

  You can view your site’s stats by clicking the stats link in the grey admin bar at the top of your site. To find out more about how stats are measured and reported, see the following help page:

  You can also install Google Webmaster Tools, which contains some of the same functions as Google Analytics:
