  I am having issues adding the html for google analytics onto my page. In doing some research directions have been to go to the Appearance tab on the dashboard and select editor, but editor doesn’t appear under that tab. I also looked into copy pasting it onto a widget but it keeps showing up on my page and isn’t hidden.

  Can you help me with this please?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com does not currently support Google Analytics tracking. However we do offer built-in statistics showing you most of the same types of information as Google Analytics would display.

  You can view your site’s stats by clicking the stats link in the grey admin bar at the top of your site. You can also find out more about how stats are measured and reported here: Stats

  You can also install Google Webmaster Tools, which contains some of the same functions as Google Analytics: Webmaster Tools
