Google Analytics Pages Viewed Error

  There is a single blog post on my website where, when you visit it, and don’t visit any other pages, Google Analytics says that you visited 2 pages, and regardless of how long you actually spent on the page, assigns 2 seconds to the ‘Average Time on Page’ field.

  I confirmed this by clicking on the website myself and seeing how Google Analytics tracked it. I even did this from a VPN so that it would register as a unique session.

  Only one page has this issue, the other pages function normally.

  Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?

  Hi there,

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  This sounds like something you have to ask Google themselves, as it’s their tool giving the wrong data.
