Google Authenticator Issue

  I set up google authenticator on my initial blog. My phone died and I got a new one yesterday (same phone #). All apps were backed up to I-cloud and restored to the new phone. However, google authenticator is no longer generating access codes for my blog. It seems to have been wiped clean. I cannot login to my old blog and have searched and searched for available remedies on your support forum and google’s support forum. I do not have the back up codes either. Please tell me there is a way to remedy this issue or transfer the content from my old blog to this new one. HELP!!!
