Google cache results not updating

Google won’t refresh its cache for some reason. It’s been over a couple of weeks and the search results for our website is still showing “Blog – Just Another WordPress Site”. I have tried sitemap, deleting site cache, robots.txt, but for some reason, the search results still show the default WordPress line.
This shows the old cached version – http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=cache%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fhealthcareforhaiti.com%2F&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
Why won’t Google update it?
SEO crawling is not blocked under WordPress settings.

Hold your horses! Search engines don’t crawl your site in realtime. Depending on the score they give your site, it can take up to several weeks or months before they crawl your site. You just have to wait.
