  Hi there, my Google Workspace has been suspended and I can’t reconnect it as I believe the email is supplied via WordPress as the reseller. Do you know how this can be rectified, ideally by disconnecting WordPress from the account so I can start managing it myself?

  Hello Leigh,

  I no longer see a G Suite subscription on this account.

  When a Google Workspace subscription is cancelled with WordPress.com, a notification from Google is sent to the customer to renew directly with them.

  With that in mind, you would need to reach out to Google Workspace for assistance in getting that back up and running.

  You must also ensure that the domain in use is also still active.
