  I had connected Google Photos yesterday and was able to add photos to my site. However, today I get an error message: ‘We are unable to retrieve your full media library.’ In fact, it doesn’t show any pictures at all. I’ve tried a couple different Google accounts and neither works today. Has anybody had this issue before?

  Both your Media Library and your Google Library for your site helenaenespana.wordpress.com are loading fine on my end. Can you please try the following things?

  * Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  * Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:

  http://enable-javascript.com/

  * Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser

  * Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.

  * Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:

  http://www.whatbrowser.org/

  * Try another browser:

  https://browsehappy.com/
