Google Search shows Japanese/ Chinese Language

  The website is just about fine. Most of the times I login to my wordpress dashboard there is an unknown user. I have deleted them multiple times and made my password more secure. But is happens quite often. There was some ads o my website and then I restored my website. When I go to google.com and search for edfadmissions.com, it shows in another language (probably Japanese/ Chinese).
