  Hi there!

  I see that you contacted us via live chat for help with this, and we were able to assist you. To transfer your Google Workspace subscription to Google, you can cancel the subscription on our side, which automatically hands over the subscription to Google. You’ll then be able to upgrade since we don’t support upgrading the subscription while it’s with us.

  Please note: By canceling the Google Workspace subscription, you’ll lose any existing validity in your plan.
