Got confused with my new theme, tried to reset account and lost all access

  I think I really screwed up. I’m an absolute noob. I tried out a few themes and got royally confused so I found this youtube video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuYBpy-nIeQ ) for resetting your WordPress website and now I’ve lost complete access. WordPress doesn’t even recognize my login information anymore. What can I do?
