  Your account sultanyaqub doesn’t have a site running on the WordPress.com platform. What is the URL of your site?

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t house your site on our managed WordPress.com hosting service. Your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through your host, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  You can ask the support department for your web host and they will be able to assist you in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
