  Hi I keep seeing that I’m going to be charged but I don’t want to auto renew this plan as it is no longer active. I also can’t seem to be able to log in to the correct site. When I log into where it directs me it doesn’t show this plan.

  Please help so that I do not get charged for renewal. Thank you.
