Graphic Photo Used Without A Persons Consent !

To Whom it may concern,
A man by the name of Tom Raspotnik who owns a wordpress site with the url of [removed link] posted a very graphic photo of a friend of mine. No one knows who he obtained it from but we want to know how to get it taken down. he is using it without permission and is spreading it over the internet.If the direct link is needed let me know. I hope someone can help us resolve this issue thank you for your time.

If you do not own the copyright to the image in question then there is nothing you can do about the phot of your friend. If the copyright owner of that image wishes to act on the content thefy of thie image the instructions are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/content-theft-what-to-do/

Please take note that this is a public forum and is available to everyone on the internet. The subject matter in the OP and tags you have posted in the sidebar as well as posting the link to the blog in question will no doubt result in sending even more traffic to the blog.
