Gravatar cropper not working

  I uploaded an image to gravatar, but when I get to the cropper page, my image doesn’t appear. It is just a black line with a tiny cropper box. If I look at uploaded images, my image appears there properly. Once I go to try to set it, I am sent to the cropper page, which I can’t bypass. I have tried different browsers, making the image smaller, and clearing the cache.
