gravatar image not showing up

    Teachable requires me to use Gravatar to update my profile image, but My gravatar image is not populating to the page. Can you advise me how to do this? Thanks,

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host sso.teachable.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. I can confirm that your Gravatar functioning correctly based on what I am seeing here: https://en.gravatar.com/drphilippa

    However, we’re not in control of how teachable.com has implemented this feature on their site and do not have insight into what would need to be done to ensure that it is working.

    The good news is that teachable.com may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting your current provider for further assistance since they are in the best position to help. Thanks!
