Gravatar not working for work's WP account

Hi all,
My company WP account isn’t working when I try to access Gravatar to upload a profile picture – the login info is right. What could be the problem? Any information helps – thanks!

Hi @supernovia! I’m trying to update my account on Creative Market’s blog. The e-mail address that I have in their system is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’m able to see everything on the site’s backend and have full admin capabilities, but for some reason, Gravatar says that my CM account doesn’t exist in the system.

No worries @anniebearvu, as staff we can see the addresses. I can’t find an account in our system, though.
My guess is that they have their own WordPress.org installation somewhere. That’s different from our managed service, so while you can log in and see the back end, we can’t because it is not on our servers.
Feel free to go ahead and create an account here for that address so you can add a Gravatar.
