    why does my sign up forms receive email notification from (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of my business email?

    Hi there,

    If you have a wordpress@ email address, that means the email is getting sent from a self-hosted WordPress site using the open source software found on WordPress.org. Support for that version of WordPress can be found here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/

    We cannot help with that version of WordPress in the WordPress.com forums.

    For this particular issue I’d suggest you contact Gravity Forms directly for help, though, is this sounds related to their plugin, and not the WordPress software itself.
